Ideal Candidate

We seek an ideal candidate with a solid foundation in bookkeeping and accounting, encompassing transaction entry, bank reconciliation, and financial report finalization. Familiarity with payroll, sales tax, and cloud-based software like QuickBooks Online, third-party payroll, Bill, Dext, and Office 365 is essential. Experience & Qualifications:

  • QuickBooks Online experience including software integrations
  • 2-3 years minimum accounting and bookkeeping experience
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills
  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite and must be comfortable with technology

Benefits Offered: 401K, Dental, Medical, Vision

Compensation: $45,000 to $65,000 per year
